Primary Job Responsibilities:
The Director of Nursing (DON or DNS) is responsible for managing the services provided by the nursing personnel of a healthcare facility. The DON is accountable for the quality of care provided to residents, administrative tasks, managing nursing staff, and helping their facility meet established strategic goals. The DON’s duties include overseeing the nursing personnel and patient care, as well as administrative tasks such as record keeping and budgeting.

Prior Employment / Title: I have spent the last 15 years as either the Director of Nursing or the Executive Director of various Assisted Living and Memory Care buildings.

Years of Experience: 23

Education/Credentials: LPN, Infection Preventionist, CHPLN, ED

Personal Hobbies/Interests: White water kayaking, paragliding, motorcycles, wood working, crafts, writing, electronics etc.

Primary Job Responsibilities: Lead the sales and community outreach efforts to grow the Normandy Park community.  Go to person for prospective residents and their families, to answer questions, help and guide through the decision making process.  Create exceptional move in experience.

Prior Employment / Title: Specialized selling executive, Macys, Bellevue Square

Years of Experience: 2 years of management experience, 5 years retail

Education/Credentials: High School Diploma, Bachelors degree in Business Marketing from Washington State University

Personal Hobbies/Interests: Love being outside when the weather is nice. Photography. Love spending time with family and friends.  Trying new restaurants.
