  • Develop work schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.

Maintenance Planning & Coordination

  • Oversee preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Plan, prioritize, and execute maintenance projects (repairs, renovations, installations).
  • Coordinate with other departments to minimize operational disruptions.

Facility & Equipment Oversight

  • Ensure all building systems are functioning efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
  • Respond promptly to emergency repair needs or system failures.

Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Develop and manage the maintenance department budget.

Personal Hobbies/Interests: I love Star Wars, playing softball and other competitive sports, enjoying all the outdoor activities that the PNW has to offer, and traveling the World. My recent trips include Phuket, Thailand (twice), Gold Coast & Sydney, Australia, The Grand Canyon, AZ, and the Pacific Coast of Mexico.

I am also very involved in the cosplay community. I am a member of both the 501st and the Rebel Legion, the Official International Star Wars Costuming Groups. I have many costumes that I have built, sewn, modified, etc for many different pop-culture shows and movies. I look forward to sharing them with the community when the opportunity presents itself.
