Our pristine Memory Village offers Studio and Companion Suites.

Monthly Base Rates

Monthly Base Rates are for single occupancy and based on apartment type, location and square footage.

Assisted Living Rent Rates

Studio Apartment – $3,800
Studio Deluxe – $4,200
One Bedroom Apartment – $4,550
One Bedroom Deluxe – $4,950
Two Bedroom Apartment – $5,200

Assisted Living Care Services

$60 per month per point

Our clinical team will complete a full assessment to determine the monthly cost of your proposed care services.  

Memory Care Village Rates

Memory Care Village room rates include cost of care

Private Suite – $11,000
Shared Suite – $9,900

Respite Rental Rates (14 day minimum stay)

Respite Stay (includes care) – $250/day
Respite Move-In Fee (per stay) – $1,000

Other Fees

Community Fee (Non-refundable, one time only) – $2,500/person
Second Person Fee – $1,000/monthly
Pet Fee (Non-refundable, one time only) – $1,500/one time
Apartment transfer Fee – $1,500/per move
