Prior Employment / Title: Community Health & Wellness Manager at Valley Medical Center. Primary functions included community outreach, health & wellness education, health literacy writing & editing, website management, employee engagement, and DEI co-chair.
Years of Experience: 17 years of healthcare experience (10 in veterinary medicine; 7 in human medicine as an RN).
Education/Credentials: Registered Nurse with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Professional Leadership & Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on education.
Personal Hobbies/Interests: I enjoy reading, cooking/baking, trying new recipes, singing, playing cozy video games, spending time with loved ones, and various crafts (miniature building, cross-stitch, etc). And though I don’t know if I’d go so far as to say I enjoy it, I do make time to go to the gym three times a week.

Supervising staff and creating schedules to ensure residents receive necessary assistance with daily functions. Corresponding with care providers. Auditing facility programs to ensure goals are met and patients are appropriately cared for.
