Primary Job Responsibilities: On boarding new employees. Keeping a nursing home, assisted living center, or other adult care center functioning smoothly. Coordinating with medical staff. Supervising staff and creating schedules to ensure residents receive necessary assistance with daily functions. Corresponding with care providers. Auditing facility programs to ensure goals are met and patients are appropriately cared for.

Years of Experience: 12 years in the nursing field

Education/Credentials: Associates of Arts in Visual Communication, and Associates of Science in Nursing
